How do I become a Maintenance Mechanic, Electrician, Instrument Technician, Heavy Equipment Operator, or Welder?
Many of NCRA’s Maintenance positions are filled through an internal bidding process which is extended to Refinery Operators. Progression to Maintenance positions usually begins by an employee gaining familiarity with refinery operations by performing duties of the Refinery Plant Operator.
