Over half of NCRA's employees serve in the operation of the refinery. This involves constant monitoring
of temperatures, flow rates, and pressures via computers inside of the control rooms. It also involves
making direct visual checks and necessary physical adjustments to equipment outside of the control
rooms on a regular basis.
