TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
|
| Prices
are based on quantities computed on 100% tank tables or mutually acceptable
automatic measuring equipment corrected for temperature to 60 degrees
Fahrenheit with full deduction for basic sediment and water. |
| All
crude oil and/or condensate purchased shall be of merchantable quality,
unaltered and uncontaminated by any foreign substances or chemicals not
normally associated with such oil, and which is suitable for normal refinery
processing. Applicable measurements, deductions, and adjustments for
temperatures, BS&W, and gravity will be made in accordance with the
rules and regulations of National Cooperative Refinery Association, and any applicable
regulatory body. All base prices are subject to change without notice and
subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Division Orders.
National Cooperative Refinery Association reserves the right to refuse crude oil or
condensate having a Reid Pressure of 10 PSI or above. |

applicable law or government regulations require adjustments to National
Cooperative Refinery Association prices or effective dates, National
Cooperative Refinery Association reserves
the right to amend this posting and recover any excess payment by
withholding payments from future settlements or by separate invoicing. |
